From the moment we were paired up with Lisa Pfaff at Shorewest Realtors, to the day we closed on our first home, we knew we were in excellent hands. Lisa was incredibly prompt and attentive to our questions and in helping guide us through the home buying process. What we appreciated the most were in fact two personality traits/work habits: she was direct without sugar coating things, and she kept in constant contact at every turn. When we found a house that we wanted to put an offer on, we were confident in asking Lisa her opinion on what (she thought) was a reasonable price. We were lucky in that there were no bidding wars or much in the way of back-and-forth with the seller. We ended up paying exactly what we had hoped to at the outset, all because Lisa worked to get us in that position. As a client, we felt like a priority to Lisa. Better still, throughout the process it felt like working closely with a friend who is a consummate professional in the field.
